Online application form.

Original passport. Passport validity 6 months after date of return.

Two Passport size photos.

Passport copy. A clear scan of the information page of your valid, signed passport.

Proof of status. A copy of the South African ID.

Itinerary. A copy of round trip tickets or detailed itinerary for the duration of the trip. The applicant's name must be on itinerary.

Bank statement (total). Original 3 months bankstatement stamped by the bank,(applicant must hold a minimum of R10.000 to sustain their travel. Please note Bank statements should not beolder than 2 days old.

Personal Invitation. if visiting family member or friends attached a copy of hosts passport,proof of residence and invitation letter.

Proof of Accommodation. A copy of hotel reservations or other lodgings for the duration of the trip. The applicant's name must be on the reservation.

Employment Letter. A copy of a letter from your employer on business letterhead, with contact details, purpose and duration of the trip and that you will be returning to your current job. If you are self-employed, please include a copy of your business license and tax return. If you are retired please submit proof of your retirement fund.
